What a notice must include
The elements required by 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3): signature, the work, the infringing material and its location, your contact details, a good-faith statement, and an accuracy statement under penalty of perjury.
Counter-notice
If your material was removed by mistake, send a counter-notice with the elements of §512(g)(3).
Repeat infringers
Accounts of repeat infringers may be terminated. Knowingly false claims can create liability under §512(f).
